Firecracker
Girls Fastpitch Softball - ASA 18u Gold
The
Firecrackers were formed in 1990 with the intent
of furthuring the athletic and personal
development of young ladies residing in Southern
California. The Firecrackers have enjoyed on the
field success with over 50 tournament
championships including 2 ASA National
Championships and 9 other top 10 finishes in ASA
National Championship play in all age groups. The
Firecrackers are proud to have 2 players named to
the United States Junior World Team that competed
for the Junior Olympic World Championship in
Taipei, China in June, 1999. These players
include Laneah Manuma, who attends the University
of Arizona and Lovieanne Jung, who attends Fresno
State. In addition, the Firecrackers are most
proud of our past seniors who have left our
program to compete successfully on the field and
in the classroom at some of the finest
universities in the United States.
